DescriptionA brief overview of the current Icelandic cybersecurity landscape. How the country has evolved towards offering high-speed internet connection to even most distant and rural areas and how that has made the population reliant on digital services and data drive life.

How the NIS directive was put in place and put emphasis on securing the Icelandic cybersecurity domain, both within the public and private sectors, to improve the resilience and situational awareness. Iceland being relatively late to the game, with its small population, and how it managed to pass some challenges with the implementation of the directive.
