DescriptionIn this session we will look and two different initiatives that have taken the concept of identity federation that is common in research and education and expanded the horizons. Seamless Access provides a case study on how a focus on the user experience brought added value to the use of federated identity in the publishing world. Brook Schofield will look at ways in which federation has been expanded in the APAN region to find new and innovative ways to provide value outside of the typical services offered.
