Organising a Customer Survey - Case Funet

DescriptionFunet has organised bi-annual Customer Survey from year 2008 and year 2014 survey was made and analysed on last April. Well-organised customer survey is a great effort and after making it several times now, Funet might have some "best practises" to disseminate for whole community: the tools used, type of people involved, mistakes to avoid, different ways getting answers from customers... etc.
