Descriptioneduroam has been around for several years now and still there is each year a growth in the number of authentications. As a result, the service itself and its supporting services are constantly being developed. In this session we will present and discuss eduroam guest access, eduroam RADIUS server as a service and geteduroam, which will make eduroam configuration on client devices a piece of cake. We also focus on the eduroam authentication process with an EAP-TLS presentation and try to expand the developed good practices to IoT device onboarding. Futhermore, another newly established roaming consortium – Cisco’s OpenRoaming – will briefly be reviewed.
