DescriptionConstructing networks in extreme environments like the Arctic regions challenges the technologies used. This session considers that challenges from two extreme points of view; that of building a sensor network for monitoring the Arctic climate in an extreme and difficult to reach location, and that of planning a submarine cable passing through the Arctic region.
