DescriptionThis session covers various aspects of eInfrastructures. 1) The
Enlighten Your Research contests in the Netherlands have given SURFNET a
lot of experience and thus good understanding of success factors in
research driven light path projects. 2) The European eInfrastructure
Observatory is a EU data warehouse representing eInfrastructure
benchmarks and exhibiting European eInfrastructures achievements for
networking, supercomputing and grids. 3) Galaxy is an open web-based,
collaborate platform aimed at making HPC resources accessible to
research projects that do not have extensive HPC experience. University
of Oslo has successfully deployed the tool and will share their experiences.
