BioMaria Isabel Gandia is the Head of Communications at CSUC (Consorci de Serveis Universitaris de Catalunya), responsible for the management of the Regional Research and Education Network in Catalonia (Anella Científica), the Neutral Internet Point in Catalonia (CATNIX) and its network services and tools. She is a member of the GÉANT project, where she works on Orchestration, Automation and Virtualisation topics, like the Network Automation eAcademy. She participates in several working groups and panels related to the network, such as the SIG-NOC Steering Committee, the ESNOG forum, the Euro-IX Board or the Network and Performing Arts Production Workshop.
